Julio Zárate is the Director of Coaching for Pachuca FC USA. He is the current head coach of the Good Counsel High School boys soccer teams and previously coached the MSC Dragons '90, winner of four consecutive Maryland State Cups and two USYSA Region 1 Championships. Coach Zárate is also the current head coach for the Pachuca Dragons '94 (2008 and 2009 Maryland State Cup finalist). Coach Zárate has been one of Maryland's most successful youth coach over the past 15 years.
